Petition to cancel the classification of numerous Palestinians as "security precluded": HaMoked, ACRI and PHR petition the HCJ against the severe and arbitrary violations of the human rights of numerous residents of the Territories, who are blacklisted by the Israel Security Agency (ISA) as "security precluded" or "ISA precluded". The blacklisting is carried out without due process, a clear factual foundation and without the right of appeal.

HaMoked petitions the HCJ against the cessation of family visits of residents of the Occupied Territories to their loved ones, held in prison facilities across Israel: All visits were terminated immediately after the capture of the soldier Gilad Shalit. This constitutes collective punishment and violates the constitutional rights of both the prisoners and their families

The military prevents Palestinians who live in the West Bank from visiting their relatives who are imprisoned in Israel, solely because their official address is in Gaza: HaMoked petitioned the HCJ after the respondent violated its commitment to allow these residents to participate in such visits

Due to HaMoked's petition, the State announced that visits of families from the Territories to prisons in Israel will renew 72 hours after the closure is imposed, even if it is still in force:  HaMoked petitioned the High Court of Justice against the policy of the military to automatically cancel family visitations during closure periods

The military refrains from responding to requests submitted by residents of the Territories who wish to visit relatives incarcerated inside Israel and in the Territories: In a series of petitions, HaMoked demands that the military act in accordance to an agreement that was reached on the matter. The arrangement allows family members who are barred entry to Israel but have security clearance to visit prisons to do so

Following a petition filed by HaMoked, the State announced that family visits to prisons in Israel and to the Ofer prison would be renewed: The petition was filed in light of the military's policy which automatically cancels prison visits once a full closure of the Territories is announced. HaMoked is following implementation of the directive and awaits the State's response on the issue of principle

The HCJ refused to hear HaMoked's claims against a new procedure which makes the entry of Palestinians to Israel for the purpose of legal proceedings conditional on obtaining a private security escort: In the framework of a petition filed by HaMoked, the State announced its position that courts of lower instances are empowered to deliberate on the question of funding for the escorts and finding alternative solutions for realizing the right of access to justice

Order Nisi in a petition to allow entry to Israel for the purpose of a medical exam required in the framework of a damages claim: the HCJ ordered the State to explain its refusal to allow a Palestinian youth who was shot by soldiers in his schoolyard when he was 14 to enter Israel. The purpose of his entry is to undergo a medical exam needed to prove his damages in a claim he had filed. The refusal constitutes a further obstruction of the right of access to justice of Palestinians who were harmed by the actions of Israel's security forces, and seek to claim damages

New arrangement for family visits in prison: Following a series of petitions by HaMoked, a new arrangement was made for residents from the Occupied Territories who were refused permission for “security reasons” to visit their loved ones in prisons in the West Bank and in Israel. The military systematically ignored, over a long period of time, family requests’ to visit. From now on, some of those persons who were refused entry into Israel will be able to visit in the prisons
