Travel Abroad Procedures for East Jerusalem Residents and Accompanying Minors who are not Registered in the Population Registry
According to Interior Ministry procedures, children of East Jerusalem residents who are not registered in the population registry may leave the country through a Palestinian passport or an "exit card", subject to the Ministry's approval.leave the country through a Palestinian passport or an "exit card" and subject to the Interior Ministry's approval.
