Revocation of residency status from permanent residents in East Jerusalem
Application under the Freedom of Information Act sent by HaMoked to the interior ministry to receive information regarding revocation of residency from East Jerusalem residents in 2008. HaMoked demands, inter alia, information regarding the number of residents whose status was revoked and the reasons for the revocation. The application is made by HaMoked for the second year running. Last year, HaMoked had to petition the HCJ after the interior ministry refused to provide the information. Document available in Hebrew.
