Detention of Residents of the Gaza Strip
HaMoked's urgent letter to the Military Advocate General (MAG) following media reports of arrests the army is conducting or intends to conduct in the Gaza Strip during the military operation. In its letter, HaMoked demands that the MAG confirm or deny these reports. Insofar as the reports are correct, HaMoked further demands to receive information regarding the legal basis for the arrests, as well as the present or future place of detention.
