Your letter regarding working relations between the Gaza DCO and human rights organizations
Notification by the state attorney’s office to HaMoked and other human rights organizations regarding the revocation of a boycott of the organizations declared by the head of the Gaza DCO. Following the declaration of the boycott, the organizations appealed to the state attorney’s office, the defense ministry and the DCO demanding the ban be lifted. In this notice, the state attorney’s office stresses that the DCO will hereinafter strictly adhere to protocol including the provision of written responses to appeals by organizations in cases handled by them. The state attorney’s office also notifies the organizations that discussions held with relevant military and defense ministry officials clarified that all parties are interested in advancing cooperation with the organizations.
