Regulations Regarding Permanent Resident Permit in the Seam Area (Judea and Samaria), 5764–2003
The regulations deal with permits for permanent residents in the Seam Area. The regulations state, inter alia, that the request for the permit must be filed within one year from the day the regulations take effect. In the case of a new resident in the Seam Area (the regulations also arrange obtaining this status), a permit will be issued if the applicant proves that he lived in the Seam Area for at least two years. Final rejection will not be made unless the applicant is given an opportunity to make his case before a special board.
