Israeli-Palestinian Interim Agreement on the West Bank and the Gaza Strip Articles 11(1), 31(8)

The Articles state that areas of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip are one territorial unit, whose integrity and status shall be preserved throughout the interim period of the agreement. From the Knesset website.

HaMoked calls for the immediate renewal of free movement between the West Bank and Gaza Strip: The Gaza Strip and the West Bank are one integral territorial entity. As such, any agreement reached on the matter must not violate the basic right of the Occupied Territories' residents to free movement between them, and must not place limits on the length of time a person may remain in either one after having passed through Israel
