HaMoked's petition on behalf of a Palestinian single mother and her three children seeking the reinstatement of the residency of the Petitioner and two children and the processing of her application for family unification with the third child. The revocation took place in late 1994 in the early days of the "Quiet Deportation" (Israel's mass revocation of the residency of East Jerusalemites) on the grounds that the Petitioner lived abroad for many years.
