Concluding Observations of the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights : Israel paragraph 18
The UN Human Rights Committee, charged with the implementation of the Convention on Civil and Political Rights, determined that the Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law (Temporary Order) – 2003 infringes the right to marry, family life and the principle of equality and must be cancelled.
