AD 2628/04 - Commander of the IDF forces in Judea and Samaria v. Awad Transcript and Decision
The military court in Ofer voided the administrative detention order against a resident of Budrus Village because of his opposition to the construction of the separation wall near his village. The court held that the military commander was not allowed to exercise his authority to order the administrative detention of a person solely because of activity of this kind, when he poses no immediate and significant danger to the security of the region and to public safety.
