War Crimes in Rafah. Violations of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights during operation “Rainbow” (13-25 May 2004)
Report of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) on violations of human rights and international humanitarian law during the military’s incursion into Rafah in May 2004. The report describes the vast destruction that the army caused to houses, infrastructure, and farmland, and how it impaired the availability of medical care for the residents.
