M. Sfard , "The Fight Against The Separation Wall: The Legal Front in Israel"
Lecture by Attorney Sfard, representing HaMoked, at a conference held at the UN, in which he surveys the development of the legal battle of Israeli and Palestinian human rights organizations against the separation wall, the legal arguments against it, and the decision of the High Court of Justice in Beit Surik and its effect. He also discusses the decision of the International Court of Justice in The Hague, and its possible effect on the legal battles against the wall in Israel.
