Article 17
The article deals with the treatment of enemy dead prior to burial and the burial itself. The article is intended to allow the identification of bodies after many years, ensure respect for the dead and observance, to the extent possible, of his religion. The article also states that information regarding the location of the grave and identification of the bodies be provided to the other party as soon as possible.
