Claim filed by HaMoked in a case where soldiers entered the village of Battir for no reason and harassed and beat its residents. The claim focused mainly on the severe beating of a resident who had been detained and of his sixty-year-old father who asked to accompany him but was taken out of the jeep on route to the detention facility after being beaten a second time.
