The HCJ rejected HaMoked's petition to release a Palestinian held in administrative detention for four years: The petition was filed after the military appeals instance overturned the decision of a military judge who presided over the judicial review of the administrative detention warrant issued against the Petitioner. In the judicial review, the military judge ordered detention be shortened by one month and not extended further unless new material against the detainee is presented. The appeals judge accepted the appeal filed by the military prosecution and restored the original warrant
