CV 05-10270 - Matar et al. v. Dichter Complaint [United States]
Complaint filed in the USA against Avi Dichter, former head of the GSS [later known as ISA], due to his involvement in the assassination of Salah Shehadeh in July 2002 in the Gaza Strip. 15 people were killed and over 150 were injured in the strike. The complaint was filed on behalf of Palestinians who have been killed or injured in the strike and attributes to the Defendant involvement in war crimes and other grave breaches of international law.
