Ensuring Prisoners are Released in their Actual Place of Residence
HaMoked's letter to the IPS Commissioner concerning the release of 400 Palestinian prisoners. HaMoked demands to ensure that prisoners are released in their actual place of residence rather than in accordance with the address that appears on their ID card. HaMoked also demands that each prisoner be notified several days in advance of the location of his release, and be permitted to appeal the decision if the planned location for his release is not his actual place of residence.
