Draft of Criteria for Restricting Entry to Israel by Palestinian Residents who are subject to a Criminal Preclusion
A police procedure for the marking of residents of the territories as subject to a “police preclusion”, which includes the Israeli police’s criteria for denying entry permits to Israel. The procedure was submitted following a petition to the HCJ submitted by ACRI.
