Report of the Secretary-General pursuant to General Assembly resolution ES-10/15
In accordance with the UN General Assembly resolution, the UN Secretary General established a Register of Damage incurred by Palestinians as a result of the separation wall. The purpose of the Register of Damage, located in the UN Office in Vienna, is to document said damages according to statements submitted by Palestinians. It must be noted that this body does not have judicial or quasi-judicial authority and that the documentation of damages is to be carried out via a technical fact finding process. In any case, this body is not a qualified institution for claiming compensation from Israel. From the RelifWeb website.
