Disengagement Danger: Israeli Attempts to Separate Gaza from the West Bank
Position paper by Gisha surveying measures Israel has taken for blocking access between the Gaza Strip and West Bank and creating a legal framework designed to isolate the Gaza Strip from both Israel and the West Bank, in violation of international law. Gisha calls on Israel to treat Gaza and the West Bank as a single territorial unit and allow familial, economic, cultural and educational ties between them.
