HCJ 8414/05 - Yassin v. The Government of Israel et al. Judgment

The Court disqualifies the route of the wall to the west of the village Bil'in, due to the second proportionality test; that is, the Court was not convinced that there is no possible alternative route that is less harmful to the residents of Bil'in. The Court adds that the purpose of the planned route was to include territory on the "Israeli" side of the wall, an illegal action, and criticizes the state for providing it with inaccurate information.
