Processing of applications by Palestinians wishing to travel to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj

Request sent by HaMoked to the legal advisor for the West Bank to instruct DCOs to expedite processing of requests by Palestinians wishing to inquire whether they are precluded from travel abroad ahead of travelling to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj. As the lottery which determines who receives a visa is held a month before the departure, Palestinians who received a visa must arrange for travel quickly and fulfillment of their right to exit to Saudi Arabia requires speedy processing by the DCOs.
