Order regarding Prevention of Infiltration (Amendment No. 2)

Amendment to the Order on the Prevention of Infiltration (Judea and Samaria) (number 329) 5729-1969, which entered into force on April 13, 2010. The amendment defines any person staying in the Occupied Territories without a permit as an infiltrator - including people who were born in the West Bank and have lived there their whole lives. Those defined as infiltrators will be expelled, potentially within 72 hours, or imprisoned. HaMoked emphasizes that there is no information regarding the type of stay permit required, and as far as is known, no such permit exists.
