Notice on behalf of the parties in a petition submitted by HaMoked and Gisha, to instruct the military to provide information regarding the application of the "procedure for handling requests of residents of the Gaza Strip to settle in the West Bank". The petition was submitted because the military did not respond in a satisfactory manner to the organizations' request for almost a year. The parties agree that a hearing on the petition is no longer necessary, since the military admitted that the data provided in its first response was not relevant, and that in fact no requests to settle in the West Bank have been submitted under the relevant procedure.
