Re: Complaint regarding a violent night incursion into the home of the 'Awawdeh family in the village of Idhna, without prior notice
HaMoked's complaint to the military over a late-night incursion of a large troop of soldiers into the home of a suspected assailant's family in Idhna village. HaMoked specifies that the soldiers' conduct was aggressive and violent; that the military's arrival was not coordinated in advance with HaMoked's attorneys representing the family; and further, that the incident has caused distress to the family members, especially the minor children.
