State's response to the general petition filed by HaMoked and seven other human rights organizations requesting that the court revisit the legal arguments against the lawfulness of the practice of punitive house demolition. The state claims that the "there is no room to raise arguments on issues of principle in a theoretical public petition", and that similar arguments were raised in previous petitions and rejected by the court time and again.
