HaMoked's petition to instruct the State to grant status to a Palestinian woman, the widow of a resident of East Jerusalem, who is at risk of deportation following her husband's death, and to issue an order nisi prohibiting her expulsion to the West Bank so long as her status has not been resolved. HaMoked also demands the cancellation of the discriminatory condition in the Temporary Order curtailing the Minister of Interior's authority to approve requests only of people whose relatives are residing in Israel legally.
