HCJ 8134/14 - Abu Jamal et al. v. Minister of Interior et al. Decision
Court decision rejecting HaMoked's request to reconsider its decision not to issue to an interim order in HaMoked's petition to cancel the Minister of Interior's decision to deport the widow of one of the assailants in the attack at the synagogue in Har Nof, Jerusalem. The court rejects HaMoked's request "Given the fact that the hearing in the petition has been scheduled for July 13, 2015". This means that until then, for more than a month, the woman is to remain under threat of immediate deportation to the OPT.
