Alternative report submitted by HaMoked to the UN Committee Against Torture, following the State of Israel's periodic report to the Committee. HaMoked reviews the routine torture of Palestinian detainees held in ISA interrogation facilities. In addition, HaMoked addresses the state's ongoing rights violations in a variety of contexts, including preventing visits of family members of Palestinians detained in Israel, curtailment of the freedom of movement between the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, the prohibition of family unification with residents of the occupied territories, and the punitive home demolition policy.
