Rejection of two petitions submitted by HaMoked against the state's intention to demolish the home in the Qalandiya Refugee Camp of a minor who committed a stabbing attack in Bet Horon in 2016. The Court rules that the intelligence material presented by the state "indicates a clear knowledge by the father, in real time, of the danger stemming from his son", and that the family's involvement should constitute a deciding consideration when examining the proportionality of home demolitions. The Court adds that even partial awareness ("turning a blind eye") would be considered involvement.
