The State Attorney's Office has accepted HaMoked's request: if the intended demolition of three homes in Hebron is approved, implementation would be postponed for 12 hours to allow the families to prepare
Following the Supreme Court hearing in
HaMoked's petitions against the intended punitive demolition of three homes in Hebron, before judgment is issued,
HaMoked requested that should the demolitions be allowed, the military would wait for 12 hours before execution of the demolition and sealing orders.
On August 7, 2014,
the State Attorney's Office accepted HaMoked's request.
