The state is to file its supplemental notice concerning the High Court petitions filed against the military plan to demolish six homes: November 2, 2015, 10:00 AM
  • The Rizziq family home in Nablus: attack on October 1, 2015, in which Mr. and Mrs. Henkin were killed; petitions no. HCJ 7079/15 on behalf of the family and HaMoked, and HCJ 7082/15 on behalf of the neighbors and HaMoked
  • The Haj Hamed family home in Nablus: attack on October 1, 2015, in which Mr. and Mrs. Henkin were killed; HCJ 7085/15 on behalf of the family and HaMoked, and HCJ 7076/15 on behalf of the neighbors and HaMoked
  • The Kusa family home in Nablus: attack on October 1, 2015, in which Mr. and Mrs. Henkin were killed; HCJ 7087/15 on behalf of the family and HaMoked, and HCJ 7092/15 on behalf of the neighbors and HaMoked
  • The Hamed family home in Silwad, near Ramallah: attack on June 29, 2015, in which Malachi Rosenfeld was killed; HCJ 7084/15 on behalf of the family and HaMoked
  • The Ishak Angham family home in Silwad, near Ramallah: attack on June 29, 2015, in which Malachi Rosenfeld was killed; 7180/15 on behalf of the neighbors and HaMoked
  • The Abu Shahin family home in Qalandiya Refugee Camp: attack on June 19, 2015, in which Danny Gonen was killed; HCJ 7081/15 on behalf of the unit’s owner, Ms. Hassan ‘Amer and HaMoked.

On November 4, 2015, 9:00 AM: HCJ hearing on HaMoked’s petitions against the intended demolition of two homes
  • The Abu Jamal family home in Jabal al-Mukabber, East Jerusalem: attack on October 13, 2015, in which Yeshayahu Krishevsky was killed; HCJ 7219/15 on behalf of the family and HaMoked
  • The ‘Aleiwa family home in Nablus: attack on October 1, 2015, in which Mr. and Mrs. Henkin were killed; HCJ 7220/15 on behalf of the family and HaMoked.

By November 5, 2015, the state must justify its decision in the petition against the intended demolition of a home
  • The Abu Hashiyeh family home in the Askar Refugee Camp, Nablus; attack on November 10, 2014 in which Almog Shiloni was killed; HCJ 6745/15 on behalf of the family and HaMoked; first High Court hearing was held on October 21, 2015; On October 29, 2015, the court issued an order nisi.

Pending objection against intent to demolish – military decision not yet issued: 10th demolition order
  • The Halabi family home in Surda, Ramallah District: attack on October 3, 2015 in which Aharon Bennett and Nehemia Lavi were killed, objection filed October 17, 2015.
Five homes demolished during 2015 and until November 1, and other homes damaged as a result
  • The Ja'abis family home in Jabal al-Mukabber, East Jerusalem; attack on August 4, 2014 in which Avraham Walles was killed; demolition order issued November 13, 2014; HCJ petition no. 7823/14 filed on behalf of the family by a private attorney; judgment issued December 31, 2014; home demolished on October 6, 2015; four other apartments were damaged as a result (data regarding damage to additional apartments provided courtesy of OCHA)
  • The Hijazi family home in Abu Tur, East Jerusalem; attack on October 29, 2014; demolition order issued November 19 2014; HCJ petition no. 8024/14 on behalf of the family and HaMoked; judgement issued June 15, 2015; the room occupied by the assailant sealed on October 6, 2015
  • The al-Hashlamun family home in Hebron; attack on November 10, 2014 in which Dalia Lemkus was killed; demolition order issued August 19, 2015; HCJ 5844/15 filed on behalf of the family and HaMoked, and HCJ 5839/15 on behalf of the neighbors and HaMoked; judgment issued October 15, 2015; home was demolished on October 20, 2015; the courtyard of the neighboring apartment was damaged as a result
  • The Ghassan Abu Jamal family home in Jabal al Mukabber, East Jerusalem; attack on November 18, 2014, in which Avraham Goldberg, Aryeh Kupinsky, Kalman Levine, Haim Rothman, Zidan Saif, Moshe Twersky were killed; demolition order issued November 20, 2014; HCJ petition no. 8066/14 filed on behalf of the family and HaMoked; judgment issued December 31, 2014; home demolished October 6, 2015; seven other apartments sustained damage in various degrees as a result
  • The Udai Abu Jamal family home in Jabal al Mukabber, East Jerusalem; attack on November 18, 2014, in which Avraham Goldberg, Aryeh Kupinsky, Kalman Levine, Haim Rothman, Zidan Saif, Moshe Twersky were killed; demolition order issued November 20, 2014; HCJ petition no. 8070/14 filed on behalf of the family and HaMoked; judgment issued December 31, 2014; home sealed July 1, 2015

  • The Dwayat family home in Zur Baher, East Jerusalem: attack on the night of September 13, 2015, in which Alexander Levlovich was killed; house surveyed twice on October 12 and 27, 2015
  • The al-Jundi family home in Yatta, Hebron District: attack on October 7, 2015; house surveyed on October 14, 2015
  • The Khatib family home in Jabal al-Mukabber, East Jerusalem: attempted attack on October 12, 2015; house surveyed twice on October 18 and 27
  • The Dweik family home in Kafr ‘Aqab, East Jerusalem: attack on October 13, 2015; house surveyed on October 18, 2015
  • The ‘Alun family home in al-'Esawiyah, East Jerusalem: attack on October 4, 2015; house surveyed on October 18, 2015
  • The Abu Ghanem family home in Jabal al-Mukabber, East Jerusalem: attack on October 13, 2015 in which Chaim Haviv, Alon Andrei Govberg and Richard Lakin were killed; house surveyed on October 19, 2015
  • The ‘Alyan family home in Jabal al-Mukabber, East Jerusalem: attack on October 13, 2015 in which Chaim Haviv, Alon Andrei Govberg and Richard Lakin were killed; house surveyed on October 21, 2015
  • The Mahani family home in Beit Hanina, East Jerusalem: attack on October 12, 2015; house surveyed on October 18, 2015
