On November 4, 2015, 9:00 a.m.: the HCJ will hold a hearing on HaMoked’s petitions against the military’s decision to punitively demolish two homes

On October 27, 2015, HaMoked filed two High Court petitions seeking to compel the military to cancel the two punitive demolition orders issued for two residences – the ‘Aleiwa family home in Nablus and the Abu Jamal family home in Jabal al-Mukabber, East Jerusalem. The first concerns the home in Nablus of the family of one of the suspects implicated in the attack on October 1, 2015, in which the Henkin couple had been killed. The other concerns the family home of the assailant in the attack in Jerusalem on October 13, 2015, in which Yeshayahu Krishevsky had been killed.

Both petitions will be heard on November 4, 2015, at 9:00 a.m., by High Court Justices Hendel, Shoham and Mazuz.
