Government Resolution 2492 - Temporary Permits for Residents of the West Bank who have been present in East Jerusalem for a Protracted Period without a Permit
HaMoked's appeal to the Ministry of the Interior concerning the implementation of the government decision which precludes granting permanent status to those who were not included in the census conducted in Jerusalem in 1967 but have lived in the city since that time (decision 2492). HaMoked objects to a deadline for submission of new applications, as well as to the requirement to enclose documents proving residency in the city 20 years back and an areal photograph, for reasons which are detailed in the appeal.
