HCJ 289/09 'Attar et al. v. the IDF et al. Response on behalf of the Petitioners for Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus
HaMoked objects to the State's undertaking to provide information regarding detainees from Gaza within 48 hours of their being transferred to Israel. The undertaking was given in the framework of a petition submitted by HaMoked, after the respondents refused to provide any information on detainees from Gaza in their custody. HaMoked demands that the respondents undertake to provide information on future detainees within 24 hours of their arrest.
