HaMoked's Application under the Freedom of Information Act
HaMoked’s application under the Freedom of Information Act for the ministry of interior to divulge who the interior ministry empowered for the purpose of allowing entry from the Gaza Strip to Israel. In the application, HaMoked demands to receive copies of the empowerment orders and a list of persons holding positions, officials and personalities empowered by the ministry of interior under the Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law (Temporary Order) 5763-2003 and the Order regarding Entry into Israel (Gaza Residents Exemption) (Temporary Order) 5765-2005.
