HCJ 5829/09 Mansour et al. v. Military Commander of the West Bank et al. Judgment
Court rejects petition filed by HaMoked to allow a woman living in the Gaza to travel to the West Bank to visit her brother who is suffering a severe head injury and assist in his rehabilitation. The court found vaguely and briefly that this case is unlike other humanitarian cases in which it intervened and allowed the petitioners’ passage. The court also saw fit to scold the petitioners as the information they provided regarding the brothers’ hospital release date was inaccurate. Document available in Hebrew.
