HCJApp 566/91 (in HCJ 5168/90) - Qarish v. IDF Commander in the West Bank Decision
Court decision regarding an application for disclosure of confidential evidence in a petition to allow exit to Jordan. The Court rejected the application and ruled that disclosure of the evidence may expose the source. The Court, however, did reveal that, according to the State, the evidence relates to previous trips taken by the Petitioner and her serving as a contact between her husband and other members of his organization.
