Order regarding Security Provisions (Judea and Samaria) (no. 378), 5730-1970Orders regarding Movement and Travel (Restriction of Travel in Israeli Vehicles)
Order by the Commander of the Military Forces in the West Bank forbidding Israelis driving in an Israeli vehicle from transporting a non-Israeli within the West Bank, without a permit thereto issued by the military commander or someone empowered by him to do so. The order does not apply to someone driving an immediate relative within the West Bank.
