CC (Jerusalem) 21134/95 - ‘Ulyan et al. v. Sirhan et al.
Claim filed by HaMoked due to the beating of Palestinians who were detained for examination by border police officers in East Jerusalem. The Plaintiffs were subjected to a demeaning and humiliating search. The officers were convicted of aggravated assault and abuse of power. The Court issued a compromise judgment and required the Defendants to pay compensation. See linked items.
