ADA 2431/04 - Commander of the IDF forces in Judea and Samaria v. Awad Transcript and Decision
The military appeals court accepted, in part, the army’s appeal of the decision of the military judge in Ofer to void the administrative detention order against a resident of Budrus Village. The lower military court held that the order was issued only as a result of his activity against construction of the separation wall. The appeals court, relying on the same confidential material as the judge below, stated that other information against the person justifies that he continue to be held in administrative detention, but for a shorter period than that set forth in the detention order.
