Declaration Regarding End of the Military Administration in the Gaza Strip

Declaration announcing that, in accordance with the decision of the Israeli Government, Israel's military forces withdrew from the Gaza Strip on September 12, 2005, transferring control to the Palestinian Authority. At the end of that day, it is declared, the military administration in the Gaza Strip came to an end.
