One Big Prison - Freedom of Movement to and from the Gaza Strip on the Eve of the Disengagement Plan
Report by HaMoked and B'Tselem dealing with the grave violation of human rights caused by Israel's strangulation of the Gaza Strip. The report addresses, inter-alia, the prevention of Gazans from going abroad and Palestinians from traveling between the Gaza Strip and West Bank; the grave injury to Israelis' right to visit their relatives in the Gaza Strip and the limiting of the possibilty of living together of families where one spouse is Israeli and the other a Gazan. The report also addresses the economic siege on the Gaza Strip and cautions against Israel's expected shirking of responsibility for its residents after disengagement.
