The government resolution extends the validity of the Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law for an additional year. The government also states that the Gaza Strip is an area where activity "which may endanger the security of Israel" is taking place, and therefore a permit for residency in Israel may not be granted to persons living in Gaza or whose registered address is in Gaza.
