Palestinians’ travel abroad for the Hajj
Response of the military legal advisor to HaMoked’s request to expedite processing of applications by Palestinians wishing to inquire whether they are precluded from travel abroad ahead of travelling to Saudi Arabia for the Hajj. In its response, the legal advisor notifies that he will not intervene as no specific legal issue requiring his intervention has been raised. The legal advisor sees fit to suggest that as the date of departure is known, residents wishing to follow the prior inquiry procedure should do so promptly in order to allow the competent officials to process applications in accordance with the procedure.
