Re: HCJ 1585/10 Hamdallah et al. v. Military Commander in the West Bank
Following submission of HaMoked’s petition to allow a Palestinian attorney from the Ramallah district to travel to Jordan en route to PhD studies, the state attorney’s office surprisingly informs that his departure to Jordan would be made possible. The short notification states that in view of “new information” received, it has been decided to allow the petitioner to leave the West Bank. Following the notification, the petition was deleted and the fee reimbursed. Document available in Hebrew.
