State response to an order nisi issued by the HCJ in HaMoked's petition to instruct Israel to cease its policy of forced removal of Palestinians from their homes, and to update its copy of the population registry of the occupied territories. The state announces it has changed its policy, and henceforth Palestinians whose registered address is in Gaza, but have been living in the West Bank since before September 2005, will not be forcibly removed to Gaza.
