Judgment on HaMoked's petition to instruct Israel to revoke the policy of forced deportations of Palestinians from their homes, and to update the copy of the population registry it holds. HaMoked agrees to withdraw the petition, following the Court's recommendation to the State to ameliorate changes of address from Gaza to the West Bank in the new "settlement procedure". As part of the petition, Israel changed its policy and declared it would not forcefully deport Palestinians whose registered address is Gaza, but have been living in the West Bank since before September 2005.
