State's notice in HaMoked's petition to instruct the military to permit the move from Gaza to the West Bank of the family of a Palestinian resident of the West Bank that Israel accidentally deported to Gaza. The woman's wife and children will receive temporary stay permits in the West Bank, in accordance with the gradual "settlement" procedure. The state added a demand to its list of demands of the family: if the family wishes to move to the West Bank through Israel, it must arrange an armed escort by a security company.
