State's notice in HaMoked's petition to instruct the Government to revoke decision 3598, prohibiting family unification of Israeli's with residents of the Gaza Strip. The State announces the decision will not apply to two types of cases: residents of Gaza living in the West Bank lawfully; and residents of Gaza whose request for family unification was submitted between August 1, 2005 (the date of the entry into force of the first amendment to the Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law) and March 28, 2007 (the date of entry into force of the second amendment to the law, which expanded clause 3D, permitting the rejection of requests due to a danger arising from residency in an area where dangerous activity is taking place).
